By using ParentsPick — whether through the iOS app or the website at parentspickapp.com — you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

ParentsPick provides factual content classifications for children's books across 9 content themes. These classifications are informational only — they are not recommendations, endorsements, or parenting advice.

The data is intended to be used as one input in your decision-making, not the final word. What you do with the information is entirely your choice.

Content analysis is generated using automated systems and publicly available information. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every classification is complete or correct.

Books with limited online coverage may have incomplete analysis. Classifications should be treated as a helpful guide, not a definitive or exhaustive account of a book's content.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any book is appropriate for your child. ParentsPick provides data; the decision is yours. No classification or absence of classification should be treated as a recommendation to read or avoid any particular book.

Premium features are available via in-app subscription at $4.99/month or $29.99/year. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content, data, and analysis on ParentsPick is the property of BGB ISLAND LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the database or analysis content without prior written permission from BGB ISLAND LLC.

ParentsPick and BGB ISLAND LLC are not liable for any decisions made based on the content classifications provided. Use the service at your own discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGB ISLAND LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
