1972- It's Teresa Burns' junior year at Oklahoma City's Southeast High School. It's springtime and her young heart is soaring. She has fallen in love with a handsome, athletic new young man at school and everything seems to be going her way.
For Teresa and her best friends, their happiness is about to be shattered. They are going to experience a haunting, dark chapter, whose roots stretch back several thousand years to Pre-Flood times and beyond. Events will lead them to the brink of suicide.
Teresa and others will be caught up in a complicated story of a chilling interaction between events of the past and the future. Setting youthful innocence against the calculating plans of an ancient presence, the thoughts and feelings that young people experience as they draw near suicide are explored.
For this young girl and those around her, the wheels of destiny are turning. They are about to witness events that will be removed from their recall, becoming forgotten memories, as those Angels sent to watch over Teresa come face-to-face with those beings who seek her suicide.
